16 лет
in international education
I take care of the entire process. Over 16 years in the industry, I’ve learned to anticipate challenges before they arise and know how to handle them. I’m available whenever support is needed.

Aim English Group Leader
Works with children and teenagers in educational settings, accompanies groups and helps students adapt more comfortably to a new country and social environment.
14 years
working with children
I help children who stay quiet at first find their voice, and those who struggle to approach others make new friends. I also know when a child needs more than a lesson — they need a trusted adult by their side.

If a child doesn’t understand something, I’m always there to help. My job is to make sure the language barrier never remains a barrier, even for a moment.

Children often know more English than they think. The key is to create an environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and confident enough to start speaking freely.
How It Works
From Application to Return
Application
Leave your contact details and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
Consultation
20–30 minute video call. We discuss goals, English level and preferred format, then recommend the most suitable programme.
Agreement and Payment
Depending on the school, the agreement is completed either online through the school portal or via a paper application form. The deposit is paid directly to the school in the UK or USA and secures your place in the group.
Preparation
Documents and visa support. The USA programme includes one month of online preparation before departure. The support agreement is signed separately two weeks before the trip, once all visas have been issued and programme fees have been paid in full.
Trip
The group leader travels with the group and stays on campus throughout the programme. Parents receive daily updates.
Return
School certificate and feedback from the group leader after the trip.

FAQ

  • Tuition, accommodation, three meals a day + snacks, activities and excursions (depending on the specific programme). Not included: flights, visa, transfers and insurance (depending on the school). Aim English support is included.

  • We work with trusted visa partners who handle the document preparation process and provide support throughout the visa application.

  • If your child does not speak English at all, we recommend studying for another year or two before joining a programme, so they can understand basic everyday communication, such as meals, activities and daily routines. Upon arrival, students take a placement test and are assigned to groups according to their English level.

  • Typically 10–15 students for UK programmes and up to 20 students for USA programmes. The groups are international and include students from different countries, such as Poland, Italy, Spain and others.

  • Minsk and Warsaw. For individual trips, the travel route is arranged separately based on the student's location and programme.

  • Absolutely. With early booking, we do our best to place students in the same class according to their English level and arrange shared accommodation, subject to the school's availability. Ask your manager about any additional discounts available for these cases.

  • The group leader stays in contact with parents throughout the programme. Daily updates and photos are shared in a group chat. Students also have access to messaging apps during their free time.

  • Every campus has a medical service on site. In more serious cases, the group leader arranges medical care, coordinates with the clinic and contacts parents immediately.

  • Students receive a school certificate showing their CEFR level, along with personalised feedback from the group leader. A recommendation letter can also be provided upon request. Most importantly, children begin using English in real-life situations, gain motivation for further language study and future international education, and become more confident and independent in an international environment.

  • The cancellation terms are outlined in the agreement. Up to a certain date, a partial refund may be available, minus the school's actual costs and the administration fee. In some cases, if the cancellation is due to health issues or other covered circumstances, the costs may be reimbursed through the travel insurance policy.
